1. Introduction

Welcome to The Expansion Room Vault (“the Vault”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a membership platform giving you access to recorded sessions, talks and training from guest experts across a range of life and business topics.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Vault. By creating an account, purchasing membership, or accessing any content within the Vault, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not register or use the Vault.

2. Membership and Access

Your membership is personal to you and gives you access to the Vault for as long as your membership remains active. To protect the integrity of the Vault and the experts who share their work within it, the following rules apply:

Each membership entitles one individual to access the Vault using one set of login credentials.

You must keep your login details (username and password) confidential at all times.

You may not share, lend, sell, or otherwise give your login credentials to any other person, whether for free or for payment.

You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, whether or not you authorised it.

If we reasonably suspect that your login details are being shared or used by more than one person, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without refund, and may require you to purchase a new individual membership to regain access.

3. Intellectual Property and Use of Content

All content within the Vault, including audio recordings, video recordings, transcripts, written materials, graphics, branding and any accompanying resources (“the Content”), is the intellectual property of the Company and/or the individual guest experts who created it, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Your membership grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to view and listen to the Content for your own private, non-commercial use only. You must not, under any circumstances:

record, screen-record, screenshot, capture, or otherwise copy any part of the Content, in any format;

transcribe, summarise for redistribution, or use any tool, including artificial intelligence or transcription software, to transcribe or reproduce the Content;

download, save, or store the Content outside of the Vault platform, unless we expressly provide a download feature for that purpose;

share, forward, publish, broadcast, sell, sublicense, or otherwise distribute the Content, in whole or in part, to any third party;

use the Content for any commercial purpose, including coaching, training, or resale of any kind.

Breach of this section is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of your membership without refund. We reserve the right to pursue legal action and seek damages for any loss caused by unauthorised use or distribution of the Content.

4. Membership Fees and Payment

Membership fees are as set out at the point of purchase and are payable in advance on a monthly / annual / one-off basis depending on the package you registered under.

We reserve the right to change membership fees from time to time. Existing members will be given at least 30 days’ notice of any price increase before it takes effect.

All fees are processed securely through our third-party payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to the Vault until that date. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods or unused time.

Where membership is purchased as part of a bundled offer (for example, alongside a retreat, event, or programme), the cancellation terms of that specific offer will apply in addition to these Terms.

6. Nature of the Content

The Content provided within the Vault is for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not intended to replace, and should not be relied upon as, professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

The views and opinions expressed by guest experts within the Content are their own and do not necessarily reflect the views of the Company. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any Content for your individual circumstances, and you should seek independent professional advice before making decisions based on it.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Vault.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be limited or excluded under Irish law.

8. Availability of the Vault

We aim to keep the Vault available at all times, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend access for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our reasonable control, and reserve the right to add, remove, or update Content at our discretion.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your membership and access to the Vault, without refund, if you breach these Terms, including the intellectual property provisions in section 3.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. subject to the cancellation terms in section 5.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our service or legal requirements. We will notify members of any material changes. Continued use of the Vault after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
